  • Format: PDF preferred
  • Length: No more than 10 pages, excluding appendices
  • Submission Method: Send full proposal and any appendices to proposals@greenmountaincollegeRFP.com
  • Deadline: CLOSED

Questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing by March 12th, 2026.

Schedule (Expected) *

  • RFP Issued: Feb 17, 2026
  • Question and Answer Tour for Interested Parties (private; by invite)
  • Proposals Due: CLOSED
  • Short-list Created by: April 8, 2026
  • Interviews / Negotiations: April 8 – 30, 2026
  • Selection is expected in May, 2026; announcement date TBD
  • As we received a large number of proposals, we are only able to respond to short-listed submissions. If you do not hear back by April 7th, we are unable to move your proposal forward.

  • The Sponsoring Entity is under no obligation to select a proposal or to transfer the Property.
  • All costs incurred in preparing a proposal are the responsibility of the Respondent.
  • The Property will be conveyed subject to mutually agreed-upon terms, restrictions, or covenants.
  • This RFP does not constitute a commitment to transfer the Property.
