The former Green Mountain College campus consists of approximately:

• Campus size: ~115 acres (approximate)
• Buildings: Academic, renovated dormitories, administrative, athletic fields and facility including a gymnasium and a pool, commercial kitchen and dining spaces, and support facilities
• Utilities: Water, sewer, electric, and data infrastructure (existing condition varies)
• Zoning: College Campus / mixed-use
• Operating Cost: At least $1 million annually

The Property will be transferred as-is, where-is, with a deed restriction limiting its use to causes supporting the Mission. Detailed surveys, environmental reports, and building condition assessments may be made available to shortlisted Respondents.
